In SICEM 2021, the presentation type will be different by your attendance type (onsite/online).

Your presentation type will be decided by the Scientific Committee, and there will be 3 types, Plenary Oral Presentation/Poster Oral Presentation/E-poster.

The details for your preparation will be included in the Abstract Acceptance Notification with the final presentation type.

Plenary Oral Presentation

• On-site presentation is requested and preferred.
• Those who cannot attend on-site (In case of online presentation)are asked to prepare the followings.
• Video Submission : Presenter should make presentation video and submit it to the congress secretariat.
• Live Discussion : Discussion for your presentation will be conducted with Zoom in real time.

Poster Oral Presentation

• On-site presentation is required.
• Presenter should be in front of the poster during Poster Oral Session 1 or 2 and give a presentation.
• Poster Oral Session 1: [13:10~14:00] October 29 (Fri), 2021
• Poster Oral Session 2: [13:10~14:00] October 30 (Sat), 2021
• If you have submitted multiple posters, the co-authors can introduce other posters at that time instead.

• E-poster in PPT : Presenter should prepare a PPT version of the poster and submit it to the congress secretariat. Your poster will be posted offline in 55-inch monitor(16:9 sized) in BPEX Hall, and online in the online platform.
